Under the leadership of President Peng Bingfeng, they mainly visited the aluminum alloy ingot production line.  The aluminum alloy ingot production line has a high degree of automation, including regenerative combustion system, liquid aluminum circulation system, organic flue gas incineration system, automatic temperature control system, automatic cooling system, etc.  In the process of production, the burning loss of aluminum is reduced, energy consumption is saved, and production efficiency is greatly improved.  The aluminum alloy ingot produced by the company has fine crystallization, smooth surface, less impurities and low hydrogen (gas) content, which has become the famous brand products in the industry.

At the forum, President Peng Bingfeng focused on the company's innovation and intelligent manufacturing: In 2022, the company signed an agreement with Moore Internet of Things "Intelligent Manufacturing Collaborative System", built two high-precision phosphorus copper ball automatic production lines, purchased supporting online Butai MC Moore Cloud industrial Internet platform intelligent system, put into industrial application.  The integrated management platform and PLM system of the industrial chain are introduced to integrate the company's raw material acquisition, crude product processing, refined product production and other processes, so as to realize intelligent manufacturing and achieve the goal of coordinated development of the industrial chain.
