According to the standard of "comprehensive pilot+industry pilot", the selection activity selected 26 enterprises from the 108 enterprises in the Jiangxi manufacturing pilot enterprises cultivation base as Jiangxi manufacturing pilot enterprises through preliminary selection, credit inquiry, consultation and conference approval.

Jiangxi Baotai Group is a high-tech enterprise integrating recycling, processing and utilization of recycled metals. In 2022, the output of aluminum alloy ingots will reach 250000 tons, and the output of a single plant ranks the tops in China.

The company has domestic advanced recycled aluminum alloy ingot production technology. Aluminum alloy ingot production line has a high degree of automation, and the two-chamber melting furnace is equipped with regenerative combustion system, liquid aluminum stirring circulation system, flue gas incineration system, automatic temperature control system.   Also the line adopted crushing system, X-ray sorting system, automatic feeding system, circulating water cooling system, laser typing, robot automatic ingot stacking, automatic weighing and other advanced equipment, and realize equipment data interconnection, to build the intelligent manufacturing demonstration production line of Baotai Group.

Looking back at 2022, the company actively overcame the impact of Omicron, economic downturn and metal market fluctuations.  While ensuring the steady production of aluminum alloy ingot, copper bar, aluminum profile and other natural products, the company successfully completed and put into operation the copper strip project and the comprehensive utilization project of aluminum ash, and finally ended with a tax payment of 940 million yuan.
