   Vertical spraying production line adopts suspension conveyor system, loading and unloading conveying mechanism, waterfall pre-treatment, dehydration drying furnace, automatic V-type powder spraying room, super large steering, automatic temperature control solidification furnace and other advanced technologies and equipments. In the pre-treatment process, the manual rolling upper row is changed to hook chain upper row, and the driving immersion is changed to automatic waterfall spray. Spraying powder room adopts the most advanced automatic powder spray gun and powder supply center, the speed of powder reduced from the original 30-40 minutes to 5-10 minutes. The produced aluminum profile surface powder is more uniform, curing effect is better. Compared with the old horizontal spraying production line, not only the degree of automation has been greatly improved, saving human resources, and the growth of the output has also doubled.
