   On the afternoon of February 18, 2021, Chen Min, Deputy Secretary of Yingtan Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Wang Yaqing, Deputy Mayor, Xi Zhixin,Secretary General of the Municipal Government, and Luo Weiguo, Mayor of Yujiang District, visited Baotai Group to inspect the resumption of work and production.

   Accompanied by Peng Baotai, chairman of Baotai Group, we visited the aluminum ingot workshop and copper bar workshop of the company. Workshop equipment in continuous production, all employees are busy working, coupled with the roar of the machine, formed a prosperous scene of resumption of work and production.

   We also visited the company's 109 mu of newly built factory. The main building body of copper plate belt and phosphor copper ball workshop have been completed. As long as the equipment foundation inside the workshop was built, the equipment can be installed and produced. The plant foundation of aluminum alloy ingot, continuous casting and rolling copper rod and polyaluminum chloride workshop has been built, and will be completed in three months. These products will be put into production one after another.

   In 2020, the company acquired 109 mu of land, which will be able to complete the factory building within one year. It is ready to invest in the construction of production lines with an annual output of 50,000 tons of phosphorous copper balls, 50,000 tons of copper plate belts, 50,000 tons of continuous casting and rolling copper rods, 300,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingots, 150,000 tons of polyaluminum chloride and so on. The company ready to production process of aluminum alloy ingot ash into polyaluminium chloride, then put the rest of the waste residue brick buildings need, make the upstream production waste, become the downstream products of raw materials, formed a relatively complete closed loop type ecological industry chain, will be the value of the aluminium scrap "wash off after eating", truly realizing a complete industrial chain of circular economy industry development model.

   Mayor Chen Min put forward the "three developments" for the company: "safe development, green development and compliance development".

   Each of these "three developments" is the lifeline of the enterprise. Safe development includes production safety and economic security. Production safety is more important than Mount Tai, capital is the blood of enterprises, is the foundation of economic development. Green development is to achieve first-class environmental protection, the green inside the enterprise to bright, establish a good image of the enterprise. Only by compliance development can make enterprises go further and further!

   Mayor Chen also proposed to Chairman Peng Baotai the "four first-class" : first-class enterprise management, first-class production technology, first-class production equipment and first-class enterprise image.
